Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details by providing an ID and taking a selfie. There is a small processing fee for the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable accidental damage waiver.
As a policy, we do not normally accept guests under 21 years old. If you are under 21 and still wish to stay, a refundable deposit of £500 will be required, and the damage waiver option will not be available.
If you have any questions about our verification process or the deposit requirements, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
